This course is taught through live, virtual instruction and utilizes American Hotel and Lodging Education Institute (AHLEI) curriculum to prepare learners for the exam to earn the industry-recognized Guest Room Attendant certification. Topics also include job search skills training, career navigation, interpersonal skills, and conflict management. Hotels need energetic, positive, detail-oriented workers with good time management and organization skills to transform previously occupied rooms into gleaming, inviting spaces for guests to relax and enjoy. A perfect room is an important part of the guest experience. Limited scholarships are available for those without a funding source.
