This training prepares job candidates with the skills to serve hotel guests as a Front Desk Representative. Front Desk Representatives simultaneously provide great customer service and perform detailed tasks to meet guests’ needs. They need to have a good understanding of the hotel’s operations and be a good communicator and problem solver. Limited scholarships available for those without other funding options.  Some participants may be eligible for a 25 hour paid internship with a partner business.
