All Goodwill of the Heartland retail stores extend hours during spooky season
Halloween is getting closer, and Goodwill of the Heartland is giving shoppers a little more time to find costumes, decor and one-of-a-kind treasures.
Now through October 31, all retail stores have extended hours to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday. That's seven more spooktacular hours each week to hunt the perfect costume at Halloween Headquarters - or just find incredible deals.
Whether you're pulling together a one-of-a-kind look, adding a few spooky touches around the house or simply squeezing in a thrift shop after work, our extended hours mean more time to explore what's new on the shelves.
And because Goodwill stores are stocked with donated goods, Halloween a great opportunity to get creative while giving existing items another life. Build a costume from unexpected finds, transform secondhand pieces into something entirely new or choose previously loved decor instead of buying something you'll use for just one season.
Every reused item is one more thing kept in circulation - and potentially out of local landfills.
