This free, family-friendly event offers a variety of ways to enjoy the spooky holiday!
Join Goodwill, Rock Island Parks & Rec and DJ Jeff James in Schwiebert Riverfront Park (on the riverfront between 17th and 20th streets in Rock Island) for a special Halloween event on Thursday, Oct. 27, from 5 to 7 p.m.
