This training prepares job candidates with the skills to serve hotel guests as a Front Desk Representative. Front Desk Representatives simultaneously provide great customer service and perform detailed tasks to meet guests’ needs. They need to have a good understanding of the hotel’s operations and be a good communicator and problem solver.

Participants may choose to complete a 25-hour paid internship with a partner business to gain valuable hands-on work experience.
