Anamosa, Iowa — May 1st, 2018 — Goodwill of the Heartland will be collecting donations from community members in Jones County and the surrounding area at the Anamosa State Penitentiary on Friday May 11th. Goodwill will park a truck near the entrance to the penitentiary, located at 406 N High St., and collect donations from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
There will also be an opportunity to donate smaller items from May 3rd until May 11th via boxes at the Lawrence Community Center in Anamosa at 600 E Main St.

Goodwill of the Heartland is also partnering with United Way Day of Caring in Jones County to pick up bags of donations from community members in select areas during the morning of May 11th.
