Join forces with the instructor to level up your skills\, from mastering the customer journey to sealing the deal. \nThis course utilizes a curriculum from the National Retail Federation and prepares learners to earn the industry-recognized Customer Service and Sales certification. Although many non-essential retail storefronts closed when Covid-19 struck our service areas\, demand for grocery and distribution workers rose sharply. Customer service and sales positions are still needed\, but many look different.
