DESCRIPTION:This course is held September 23 – October 4\, Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 11:00 am. \nLearners can attend in-person at our Burlington Helms Career Center\, located in the same building as our Goodwill Store\, or Virtually via Zoom. \nFlexible learning options are available if  a learners is unable to attend class during this time. \nComplete the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification and show employers you are ready to advance in the industry. Food service operations need trained and trusted managers to ensure food safety practices in place and followed for the health of their customers. \nThe ServSafe Food Protection Manager training prepares job candidates to be responsible for the food safety in any type of food service establishment.
