Watch a Goodwill success story

Be inspired by the people we serve

What does Goodwill do? The answer is simple: We help people get jobs. We help people keep jobs. We help anyone who faces a barrier acquire the skills they need to live independently. As a nonprofit, Goodwill has earned an "A" grade from Charity Watch, with 89 cents of every dollar donated going directly to fund our mission. We believe in the power of work to bring individuals a sense of purpose and fulfillment. As a people-first organization, we seek to create a positive impact on the lives of those we serve, our communities, donors and contract manufacturing and business partners.
