Through Grow with Google, Google.org provided Goodwill Industries International with a $10 million grant to launch the Goodwill Digital Career Accelerator. This program helped Chelsea Rucker go from struggling to find housing to finding a job as a data center technician at Google.

Chelsea's story is one of many that begins with passion and determination and ends with results. So, when you're ready, we're ready.

Goodwill of the Heartland has four Career Centers (Clinton, Keokuk, Moline and Muscatine) that help job seekers and employers alike. Our Veterans Services team members have specialized experience working with military veterans transitioning back into civilian life. If you participate in SNAP, we can help you find a good job. Finally, we can help you be Certified for Success in a wide variety of industries and fields. One of our existing collaborations is with Facebook Elevate and Coursera, offering a Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate. Several information sessions can offer more information about this course, which is free of charge to most participants.
