Job Placement Services
Goodwill of the Heartland helps employers meet staffing needs.
Goodwill Placement Services opens doors of opportunity for men
and women who want to work, while meeting the needs of businesses
like yours.
Goodwill employs a flexible staffing approach that matches qualified
persons to duties within a business. Job responsibilities may be
entry-level or advanced, depending on the abilities of the worker.
Elements of Goodwill’s Supported Employment services are
key in our Placement Services, to ensure a successful match and
placement. Off-site support is available to the employee through
a Goodwill Employment Specialist. On-site support is also available,
if appropriate, and is provided through a Goodwill Job Coach at
no cost to your business. A Job Coach is a specialized trainer
assisting both the new employee and the business to ensure workplace
success. The length and extent of on-site support depends on the
needs and wishes of both the business and the person hired. Decisions
to fade on-site support are made jointly between the business,
the individual hired and Goodwill staff.
