Goodwill's In-Kind Donation Program
Goodwill accepts many in-kind donations from businesses, organizations
and individuals.
Businesses often have challenges with overstocks, discontinued
items and returned goods.
They want to move that merchandise out of their operation, but
they want to assure that the goods are going to good use at the same time. Goodwill's In-Kind
Donations program was
developed to assist with just those challenges.
In-kind donations are sold in our 12 retail stores and the proceeds
benefit the many services that Goodwill offers. The donations
are tax deductible as provided by the law. These valuable contributions are often put to immediate use and
make a significant impact on the operating budget of Goodwill.
All in-kind donations are valued by the individual or company
making the donation.
We are grateful to all that have chosen to make an in-kind donation
to Goodwill and
are always in need of contributions of surplus goods, including
office supplies, furniture,
clothing.
